These terms govern your use of realpak.me. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms concern the website only. They are not our terms of sale. Any supply of goods is governed by the separate written agreement, order confirmation or contract concluded between us.
3. What this website is for
The website presents our company, our product range, packaging formats and commercial framework, and allows business visitors to contact us or send an inquiry. It is addressed to businesses - supermarket chains, retail groups, importers, distributors, wholesalers and food-service buyers. It is not a shop. There is no basket, no checkout and no online ordering.
4. Nothing on this website is a binding offer
This is the most important clause on this page.
Product information, packaging formats, minimum order quantities and delivery terms shown on this website are an invitation to discuss business. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and do not bind us to sell on those terms.
Sending an inquiry, and our replying to it, does not by itself create any purchase agreement, supply agreement, distribution or agency relationship, exclusivity, territory, price agreement or commitment to reserve stock. Such obligations arise only from a separate agreement signed or expressly confirmed in writing by both parties.

We describe our products carefully and keep this website up to date. Even so, specifications, packaging, artwork, formats, availability and commercial terms can change, and photographs are illustrative - actual packaging may differ.

Information on this website does not guarantee that a product is in stock, that a stated minimum order quantity applies to your order, or that any particular delivery date or price can be met. These are confirmed per order.

The RealPak logo, the brand names Real Pink Salt, Real Valley Rice and Real Nature Seeds, the text, photographs, product images, graphics, layout, design and downloadable documents on this website are owned by RealPak Trade d.o.o. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights.
You may view the website, and print or download extracts, for the purpose of evaluating a possible business relationship with us. You may share our published partner presentation internally within your organisation.
You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, distribute, sell or use our content commercially, remove or alter any notice of ownership, present our products as your own, use our brand names or logo without written permission, or extract our images or text for another catalogue, marketplace listing or website.
8. Information you send us
When you submit an inquiry you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to send it on behalf of the company you name, and that you are contacting us for genuine business purposes.
You must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing material, anything containing malicious code, or personal data about other people beyond the business contact details reasonably needed for your inquiry. We may disregard and delete submissions that appear to be automated, abusive or fraudulent.

Where we link to a third-party website, that site is operated by someone else. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including during maintenance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited. Under Montenegrin law this includes liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and liability for death or personal injury. Your statutory rights and any rights under a contract concluded with us are unaffected.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the law of Montenegro.
The competent court for disputes is the court having jurisdiction over our registered seat in Podgorica, Montenegro.
This choice does not override rules of mandatory jurisdiction that cannot be varied by agreement. In particular, it does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the courts of their country of residence where such protection applies. This website is addressed to businesses and we do not contract with consumers through it.
