Commercial framework

The terms in one view

Delivery terms
FOB - goods delivered to the port of shipment, freight arranged by the buyer.
CFR - freight to your destination port included.
Shipment
One 20 ft or 40 ft container, on euro pallets.
Minimum order
11 euro pallets of packed goods, filling one 20 ft container. A 40 ft container is priced significantly better.
Bulk rice
20 euro pallets per 20 ft container. We recommend 20 ft: a 40 ft container is capped at 27 pallets by weight, not volume.
Mixing formats
Formats can be mixed freely within a single category, in the same container.
Mixing categories
Himalayan salt products, rice and sesame seeds cannot be combined in the same shipment, due to export regulations.
Branding
Our own brands - Real Pink Salt, Real Valley Rice, Real Nature Seeds - or private label under your brand.
Customs clearance
Clearance and collection at the destination port are handled by the buyer.
Pricing
Quoted per enquiry at current FOB and CFR pricing to your port.

From enquiry to port, in four steps

Pick the assortment

Choose items and formats from any of the three brands, or tell us the products you want and we propose the order structure.

Confirm the pallets

We confirm quantities per pallet and check the order adds up to 11 euro pallets - one 20 ft container.

03

We ship FOB or CFR

Available on CFR, with freight to your destination port included, or FOB, with goods delivered to the port of shipment and freight arranged by the buyer.

04

You collect at port

Customs clearance and collection at the destination port are handled by you. We stay reachable throughout.
